As a former athlete, I think movement is key and pushing ourselves to our max capacity is extremely important. I am always working on the fundamental movement patterns to develop a well rounded individual capable of attacking any challenge they set for themselves

Working with athletes on strength, power and speed to develop a program tailored to their needs. Also as someone who has dealt with major injuries before, developing a strong mobility routine to prevent future injuries. Combining the mental aspect of training along with mobility in the rehab process is equally important and something I focus on when we train.
