I believe that it’s outside of the gym that count’s the most, and with fitness, as in life it’s not always how you start, it’s how you finish. I believe in always finishing on a strong note. I’m ready to fight for what I want, and help you fight for what you want.
In 1990 I started kickboxing and boxing at a competitive level. Since then I have become a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor.; teaching fitness since 2016.
My passion lies in helping you realize that perfection is not what we’re after, we’re looking for progression. I want you to get better every day.
One of my favourite classes I teach is my BoxFit Bootcamp here at New Edge Alliance. This class is suitable for everyone, from beginners to advanced members. BoxFit constantly challenges you to increase your stamina and reflexes as well as your hand eye coordination. Many clients notice weight loss, core definition and an increase in strength.
